Recipe by Chef Jacquie
1 Heirloom tomato, sliced
1 slice Vidalia onion, diced
1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon flat leaf parsley, chopped
1Arrange tomatoes on a plate add onions
2Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.
3Serve with sliced crispy Italian bread and enjoy!
