Roasted Garlic Recipe

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Prepare garlic for roasting by cutting off tops of garlic, rub oil and salt over all 4 heads of garlic and then place in aluminum foil.
3Place on a cooking sheet and roast for about an hour, until cloves are golden brown and soft to the touch.
Roasted garlic can be used in mashed potatoes, added to mayo or eaten spread on crispy Italian bread slices.
