Honey Glazed Carrots Recipe

1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into thick slices or chunks

2 Tbs. honey

1 Tbs. lemon juice

4 Tbs. orange juice

1 Tbs. butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh mint for garnish


1In a medium saucepan, bring salted water to a boil.

2Add carrots and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

3Drain carrots and add back to pan with honey, orange juice, lemon, butter, salt and pepper to taste.

4Cook carrots until glaze coats carrots, about 10 minutes

5Garnish with chopped parsley.
