Guacamole Recipe

2 ripe avocadoes, peeled and seeded

2 Tbs. minced onion

Juice of 1 lime

1 diced tomato

Salt and Pepper to taste

Options: crabmeat, goat cheese, minced cilantro and roasted peppers


1Mash avocadoes with fork or potato masher.

2Add lime juice.

3Season with salt and pepper.

4Stir in onion and tomato.

5Serve with tortilla chips.
