Recipe by Chef Jacquie
4 Portobello Mushrooms, stems and gills removed
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 minced clove of garlic
Juice and zest of 1 lime
1Preheat outdoor grill or stove top grill.
2Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, garlic, lime juice, and zest of lime; toss to coat evenly.
3Place on smoking hot grill.
4Cook 5-7 minutes on each side.
5Remove mushrooms and place on cutting board, cut into strips or serve whole.
6Place mushrooms on a serving platter.
