Broccoli and Beans Recipe

2 Cloves Minced Garlic

2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Bunch of Cooked Broccoli Rabe or Broccoli Florets

8 Ounce Can of Beans (Roman, Cannellini or Kidney)


1In a medium sauce pan over medium heat sauté garlic in olive oil until golden.

2Aadd beans and broccoli; lower heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

3Great as a side dish or entree, serve with a loaf of crusty Italian bread.
