Bowtie Pasta with Grilled Chicken, Spinach and Grated Cheese Recipe

1In a large sauté pan add olive oil and garlic, do not brown.
2Add spinach, tomatoes, pasta, season with salt and pepper.
3Place in small sealable container, sprinkle with cheese and add chicken on top.
4An alternative could be a grilled chicken sandwich with spinach, tomatoes and cheese on a crispy Italian roll.
5Some tips: You can make this recipe from leftovers; help your child make his/her lunch the night before; they can choose their fruit and a mini dessert (small cookie/brownie). Always pack a bottle of water and how about adding a cute little note “Happy First Day Back to School!”
