Josephine’s Roasted Asparagus with Sesame OilIngredients
• Bunch of Asparagus, rinsed and ends trimmed
• 1 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
• Few drops of Sesame Oil

Place asparagus on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil.  Add salt and pepper to taste then the red pepper flakes.  Roast in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.  Remove from oven and place on serving plate, drizzle a few drops of sesame oil over the asparagus and serve.  (NOTE: Sesame oil is concentrated; a few drops will do the trick.)
