Hot Pepper Shooter Grilled CheeseIn April 2015, Taste 4 Travel featured a “Grilled Cheese” giveaway, and Chef Jacquie is happy to announce the winning recipe by Joseph Irrera. Congratulations!

• 2 slices of bread
• 3 slices of provolone cheese
• 3 slices of prosciutto
• 2 hot cherry peppers, sliced

Butter one side on both slices of bread and place buttered side down in hot pan. Place cheese, hot peppers and prosciutto and then the last two pieces of cheese on top.

Put other slice of bread on top, buttered side up, cook for about 3 minutes and then flip over and cook the other side until cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.
