• 1 large bag or 3 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
• 1-1/2 cans condensed light cream of mushroom soup
• 1-1/2 cups light mayo
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1-1/2 cups grated Gruyere cheese
• 3 eggs, well beaten
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and butter casserole dish. Cook broccoli and then mix the rest of the ingredients together; add to broccoli. Pour mixture in casserole dish, top with crumbled Ritz crackers and little bits of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let set before serving.
