We’ll visit the gastronomic cities of Sicily, where you’ll taste incredible, organic flavors of this unique region. Chef Jacquie introduces you to the craftsmen offering honey, wine, olive oil, cheese, chocolates, and pastries.  Feel the excitement of the open air market and experience fresh foods of all kinds, including a fish auction that’s held daily. We will stop by and see Chef Angelo for a cooking lesson by the beach.   On our journey you’ll meet the King of Olive Oil and enjoy a cooking lesson with Chef Jacquie.

At one of THE best restaurants in Sicily, savor lunch, meet the Chef and his family, and tour his wine cellar.  As a special treat, our journey will take us to visit Baron Franco and his wife, who welcome us with espresso and a smile.  It’s fun to get a personal tour of his villa, where The Godfather movies were filmed.
